Please note that when you “buy” an image, you are not buying the copyright, you are buying a home use / non-commercial / not for profit licence for that image.

We’d love to see you using them on your personal Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms, but it is a condition of the copyright that you please use the logo’d version and tag & credit www.picman.co.uk or @originalpicman for each image.

We are sensible about the use of the images, and understand that the internet, and people's front rooms, are very difficult places to police, so let us both keep it reasonable please.

The staff behind Picman have worked hard since 1995 to develop the innovative digital service that has provided you with these pictures. We were amongst the first in Europe to bring digital photography to the event market. Our pricing is very competitive for the quality of images that you receive.

We can only provide the service with the sale of the images.

This entitles you to print the images at home or use a high street printer or supermarket, copy the images onto your computer, use as wallpaper / screensavers, email to friends or family to show them what you've been up to.

No recipients of data produced by Picman / Media in Motion Ltd / Gary Bailey, have the right to publish or profit from the data, or use the data for commercial use, advertising, or part of videos submitted to Youtube, Vevo and similar monetised or non monetised video streaming sites or similar monetised or non monetised applications. A credit and / or link to our website, is a condition of publication in any form including club websites, Facebook,Instagram, Twitter and other social networking sites. The images are not to be used for financial gain, or reward, by any recipient, in any form. The images can be cropped around the perimeter slightly to enhance the composition, but cannot be cropped in a manner that alters the meaning and message of the original image. If the logo is cropped out, please ask us for a copy of it to place back onto the picture. The images cannot be used in any way that is defamatory or libellous to a third party or in a way that will be considered to reflect negatively on Picman / Media in Motion Ltd / Gary Bailey, or risk any type of legal action. The purchaser will be accountable for any liabilities.

We want you to like your pictures so much that you place an order – that's why we are here.

Our pictures are our product, our stock, and our livelihood. Liking the picture in our webstore, and then making the conscious decision the take it away to use it at home or on your social media is no different to taking a fancy to a product in a high street store and taking it without paying.

We have kept the watermark subtle so that you can see the image to make an informed decision on your purchase. Please don’t make us go down the “STOLEN FROM PICMAN” route of watermarking.

The commercial use of images on company websites, or publication in newspapers / magazines etc, will incur an additional fee for copyright use and administration. We request that you contact us with an offer or for a quote first, rather than waiting for an invoice to appear in the post unexpectedly.

When buying a print, you are buying a single copy of that image for personal, not for profit, non-commercial use for display in a home or personal environment. You are welcome to buy the pictures for yourself, friends, sponsors etc, but copying or reproducing, whole, or part of the image, in any form, is contravening the copyright agreement. If you want further copies, please get in touch and order them rather than leaving yourself open to copyright infringement.
