Digital "Download All"
This is the option to choose if you want to download all of your images from the event at a discounted rate.
If there is a paddock folder, it will be included free of charge with this purchase option.
Digital "Download Selection"
This option enables you to select your favourite images from the event for download.
It also allows you to add the pictures from the unsorted folders to your “Download All” order.
You will receive a link to take you download your pictures from our server.
The link is permanent, but the images will be removed from the server 7 days after you first download them or 21 days after the order is confirmed, whichever comes first.
You can download them as many times as you like, to as many devices as you like, during those 7 days.
You will receive two copies of each image, the full-size high-resolution image from the camera and a smaller logo’s version of 2048px wide for use on social media.
The images will be removed from the server periodically to make way for new events. You will be emailed a reminder prior to this.
We can upload your images again if the images are cleared before you have chance to download.
The images that you choose to add to your order must be images of you - please see T&C for further information.
The link is active immediately, but we might still be uploading the high res images to the server, so you my see “awaiting upload”.
If you have added pictures from more than one folder, the order will need admin approval first. Please see FAQ for full details.
